CFO at DOVA S/A Reporting directly to the CEO and leading a team of 12. Responsible for developing cash flow strategies, negotiating with banks new products solutions, reducing total cash flow needs and developing new markets and a new service center facility.
CFO at SITREL S/A Reporting directly to the Executive VP and leading a team of 22. Main target was to negotiate the finance of R$ 400 million with several institutions, evaluate financial impact of different business formats, prepare documents for the negotiation of new partners and assemble the controlling area.
Senior Associate & Natural Resource Specialist Manager at McKinsey & Company Worked on several strategy projects, including M&A, strategy definition and target acquisition assessment. Developed business plans for corporate and BU level. Designed go-tomarket strategies and operational improvement plans.
